NSR-M’s premier research facility is now open to the general public for clinical appointments.
NSR-M Northeast, the advanced research and development clinic for NeuroSpectral Regulation technology, is now welcoming clients from across the northeast for assessment and intervention. This specialty clinic is also a premier research laboratory, open to collaboration with TBI and migraine experts, clinicians, and treatment facilities to further advancements in solutions for these debilitating conditions. Under the direction of Dr. Adam Anderson, NSR-M Northeast is now offering the latest technological and scientific advancements in individualized light filtering technology directly to the general public seeking help.

People are suffering, and the staff at NSR-M Northeast can deliver solutions that aren’t available anywhere else in the world,” said Director of Clinical Practice, Dr. Jenna Riley.
Meet the Team
Dr. Adam Anderson
Chief of Clinical Research and Operations
Dr. Adam Anderson is a Professor of Psychology at Cornell University specializing in affective and cognitive neuroscience. His research examines how the central and peripheral nervous systems interact to support emotion and cognition. Considering the psychological, physiological, and neural levels of analysis, a guiding principle in his work is understanding the function of emotions as distinct tools intended to help rather than hurt us. With over 150 publications, Dr. Anderson employs advanced brain imaging techniques to better understand a variety of human cognitive and affective functions, including how light affects the visual system.
Dr. Jenna Riley
Director of Clinical Practice
Dr. Jenna Riley, OTD, OTR/L is an experienced occupational therapist specializing in NeuroSpectral Regulation for migraines. She began her career as a certified occupational therapy assistant before earning her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Utica University and a Post-Professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate from Bay Path University. With over ten years of experience, Jenna has worked in school-based, acute care, and academic settings, most recently serving as Professor of Practice for the Occupational Therapy Master’s Program at Le Moyne College. Through these experiences, she has gained a deep understanding of how chronic and complex conditions impact daily life. Passionate about improving her clients’ quality of life, she uses this innovative, non-invasive technique to address light sensitivity, improving engagement in activities that matter most. Through research, Dr. Riley is dedicated to advancing the scientific evidence supporting NSR-M filters and expanding access to this assistive technology for those in need. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, baking, and traveling as well as spending time with her husband and their lively toddler.
